Skype hypnotherapy is widely becoming more popular now and is ideal for people who: are in a different location, do not have the additional time to travel to appointments or are restricted by mobility.  Stress/Anxiety, Weight Issues and Depression can all be successfully treated via Skype Therapy Sessions. (For the Stop Smoking Breakthrough session, this is split into 2 x 1 hour sessions).

Skype Hypnotherapy sessions are £60 and last one hour. Payment is made 24 hours before each session via PayPal, credit or debit card. Once payment is made, you will receive details on how to make the call along with the date/time of session (already agreed) will be confirmed.

This 30 minute hypnotherapy consultation is free and recommended as a way of initially talking through what it is you'd like to work on and the best way of achieving your goals. At this stage, I can give you an indication of number of sessions required and the way in which we could work together. This can be done either face to face or over the phone.
